Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Shopfitting Contracts Manager for one of the leading contractors in the region, to join their company on a permanent basis in Gloucester.
The company:
Our client operates across 3 divisions: Construction, Shopfitting & Interiors and General Works. They have been in business for over 60 years with annual revenues of £100m. They are actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Shopfitting & Interiors Division.
The role entails:
Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality
Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams
Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes
Development and monitoring of construction programmes
Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Contracts Manager in Shopfitting & Interiors
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications
Benefits & Salary:
£45,000 - £65,000 + £525 per month car allowance
