Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
Salary: £23,114- £24,102 PER ANNUM
Start date: September start
This Primary School in Chippenham is looking to recruit a positive, engaging and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant needed to support the learning of pupils with SEN. This may include working within a Resource Base for children with social, communication and interaction difficulties as well as supporting children within the mainstream school across year groups Reception to Year 6.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, individualised learning plans, and behaviour management.
- Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 30 days of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
- Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
- Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
