About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Supply SEMH Teachers to join our team in Gloucester. This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a secondary school level. The position is on a supply basis, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
