Job Title: Full-Time PE Teacher

About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time PE Teacher to support a Stroud based secondary school on an immediate basis within the Female PE department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire and educate students in physical education, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective PE lessons across various year groups.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Mark students' work and provide timely feedback.
- Organise and participate in school sports fixtures and events.
- Attend and support students during sports fixtures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students' physical and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Female PE at secondary level.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
