Job Description: We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a lovely nursery setting with a family feel on full-time basis. This permanent position offers a 38-hour working week across 4 days, with a 1-hour paid lunch break. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and while primarily based in the pre-school room, there is flexibility around this.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all children are engaged in age-appropriate activities and provide a helping hand when needed.
- Uphold all setting policies and keep safeguarding a top priority.
- Support with maintaining ratio within the different age groups and rooms.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in the last 3 years.
- Strong understanding of early years' policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
