Ivy Resource Group are currently recruiting to hire an Estimator to join the permanent construction division for one of our clients based in Gloucester.
Electrical and mechanical service that encompasses design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. They offer a fully integrated design and build programme or elements can be used as part of a wider scheme.
Vacancy Responsibilities:
- Experienced Mechanical and plumbing estimator with proven experience of managing tenders from inception to submission
- Must be able to understand and read through specifications and drawings provided.
- The role shall include estimating projects from various different sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
- Full time position
- The salary is flexible dependant on experience.
Suitable candidates may have the following qualities:
- Thorough and efficient supplier and subcontractor knowledge
- Understanding of associated mechanical services
- Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines
- Computer literate with experience of Estimation software Issuing/updating tender documents via an electronic control system
- Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company policies
- Working in an integrated team
Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
