Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Demolition Contracts Manager on a permanent basis in Gloucestershire.
The company:
Our client is a national demolition company, that work on major construction projects across the country.
The role entails:
Oversee and manage demolition projects from inception to completion.
Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality
Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of demolition projects.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all demolition activities.
Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams
Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes
Development and monitoring of construction programmes
Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition, construction, and project management, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications
Benefits & Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience + Company car
