We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager & Estimator.
- Experienced Electrical Contracts manager & estimator with proven experience of managing tenders from inception to submission, then to provide contacts management through to completion.
- Must be able to understand and read through specifications and drawings provided.
- The role shall include estimating projects from various different sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
- Full time position
- The salary is flexible dependant on experience but is in the range of £45,000 - £55,000 plus company vehicle.
Suitable candidates may have the following qualities:-
- Thorough and efficient supplier and subcontractor knowledge
- Understanding of associated electrical services
- Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines with both tenders and project completion dates.
- Computer literate with experience of Estimation software Issuing/updating tender documents via an electronic control system
- Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company policies
- Working in an integrated team
We would also consider interviewing approved electricians who are timed served with certification looking to progress their careers from on site to an office / management role. salary expectations will be dependant on experience and qualifications should we pursue this option
Salary
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience plus company Vehichle.
